Amelia Curtis, MD

Amelia Curtis, MD, is an emergency medicine physician, and a fellow in medical toxicology. She is an outstanding clinician at the bedside. In the UMass Residency Program, Dr. Curtis was an active member of the Resident Interview Committee. She currently serves on the Medication Safety Committee at UMass Memorial Medical Center. She is the recipient of multiple honors and awards. Dr. Curtis has an interest in critical care research, particularly the diagnosis of brain death after overdose, and the use of ECMO in the setting of drug-induced cardiogenic shock.
